શ્લોક ૪૯

प्रत्यहं तु प्रबोद्धव्यं पूर्वमेवोदयाद्रवे: ।

विधाय कृष्णस्मरणं कार्य: शौचविधिस्तत:॥49॥

અને અમારા સત્સંગી તેમણે નિત્યે સૂર્ય ઊગ્યાથી પ્રથમ જ જાગવું અને શ્રીકૃષ્ણ ભગવાનનું સ્મરણ કરીને પછી શૌચવિધિ કરવા જવું. ॥49॥

And everyday My devotees should wake up before sun­rise, remember Shri Krishna Bhagwan and then go for the daily cleansing activities. || 49 ||
